Future Professionals Program

Empowering Students Through Education & Opportunity

At the Hair Education & Beauty Summit, education is more than a feature. It is the foundation of everything we do. Through the HEBS Future Professionals Program, we create meaningful opportunities for the next generation of stylists, barbers, and beauty professionals to learn, grow, and connect with the industry.

By partnering with beauty schools across the country, HEBS makes it easier for students to experience professional education, explore career opportunities, discover leading brands, and build valuable industry relationships.

School Partnership Opportunity

HEBS partners with barbering, cosmetology, esthetics, nail, makeup, and beauty schools to make student participation accessible and enriching.

Schools must guarantee a minimum number of participating students to qualify for special group benefits. Bringing students to HEBS allows schools to expand learning beyond the classroom while introducing future professionals to the creativity, opportunities, and connections available throughout the beauty industry.
