- Participants must be 18 years or older
- Video submissions should not exceed 90 seconds.
- Content must be original, and participants should have the rights to any music or materials used.
- Inappropriate or offensive content will result in disqualification.
- By entering, participants agree to the use of their videos for promotional purposes.
- Keep it Short: Your pitch cannot go over 90 seconds. Longer entries won’t be considered.
- Be Clear and Visible: Record your pitch where it’s bright and sounds clear.
- Focus on Business: Share personal stories, but keep the main focus on your business and its potential.
- Be You: Show us your originality and creativity.
- One Try per Business: Only one entry per business is allowed.
- ALL entries will be shared after 5/10 on our social platforms for voting
- Review and evaluations: based on innovation, feasibility, and alignment with the summit’s values.
- (5) WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT the Hair Education Beauty Summit in Secaucus, New Jersey.

"Plant a Seed" Initiative Grant Application
Thank you for applying for the 2025 Plant A Seed $5000 Grant. Each applicant has (7) days to upload a (7-15) second Reel to your page using the hashtag #plantaseedchallenge. If you have already uploaded your video, please make sure the REEL is pinned to your feed. Your application will not be considered without a pinned video. LIVE VOTING starts when we have (50) applications submitted.
